If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify support immediately via the contact channels on VeliqVBase.pro. We will take steps to secure the account and contribute.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that breach these Terms, threaten platform stability, or where required by law. We will notify affected users and, where feasible, provide reasons for suspension.

You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to the license you grant VeliqVBase to host and use that content to provide the service.

By submitting content, you grant VeliqVBase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute and display the content as necessary to operate and promote the platform and its educational offerings.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content. VeliqVBase may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law and may moderate community interactions to maintain quality and compliance.

Non-payment or failed payment attempts may result in suspension of paid features until billing issues are resolved. We may pursue recovery of outstanding amounts where lawful.

Educational content on VeliqVBase is provided for informational purposes. While developed by experienced practitioners, outcomes depend on user engagement and external factors. Users are responsible for applying course material in accordance with professional judgment and applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeliqVBase's liability for direct damages arising from use of the platform is limited to amounts paid by the user in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
